This dhatu includes all the bones and cartilage and gives shape to the body. It also supports the Mamsa dhatu. The Asthi dhatu is supported by the vata dosha
Based on 14 years of tireless experience with Jivan Urja Chikitsalaya, we have designed certain therapies that will eliminate Vata Dosha and automatically repair the body's joints and bones.
In Jivan Urja Chikitsalaya, we carefully diagnose and find out in which bones/joints the person has stiffness or degeneration and then further therapy is suggested accordingly.

Infrared Rays Mattress -
Jivan Urja volcanic stone mattresses emit natural far infrared energy that boosts the human body’s healing ability

The upper layer of this mattress is made from four types of volcanic stones.

TENS (IFT) treatment -
A transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) unit works by delivering small electrical impulses through electrodes with adhesive pads to attach them to a person’s skin.
It may help treat arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other types of joint pain.
The electrical impulses flood the nervous system, reducing pain signals to the spinal cord and brain.
The same electrical impulses also stimulate the body to produce natural pain relievers called endorphins.
Ball therapy
Nine-ball therapy made from jade stone gives you the benefits of the five principles of acupressure, chiropractic, heat, massage, and stretching at the same time, improving the structure of the spine with its regular use. The pain in the neck, back, waist, sciatica, monkey bone, and shoulder is reduced and the spine returns to its natural position.
Ultrasound Therapy

Raktamokshan
Raktamokshana, a therapeutic para-surgical practice in Ayurveda, focuses on eliminating vitiated blood from the body to address various health concerns.
It is a crucial part of the Panchakarma therapy. This specialized technique comprises methods such as incision, venesection, leech therapy, and cupping, each targeting specific conditions and areas of the body. Ayurveda Lepanam
Lepanam is an Ayurvedic therapy recommended to people suffering from the pain associated with inflammatory conditions. Janu Basti
Janu Basti treatment involves herbal medicated oils that are poured for a certain duration of time in a particular part of the knee joint. Thus, it is important to confirm that it is in an exceedingly perfect healthy condition. This ayurvedic therapy helps in relieving pain and stiffness within the knee joint and reduces swelling additionally as inflammation in the knee joint.

Kati Basti
The word Kati refers to the lower back and Basti stands for retaining something inside, in this case mainly medicated oil. The procedure of applying heat to the sacral or lumbar region by retaining warm medicated oil within a specially formed frame in this area is popularly known as ‘Kati Basti’.This is a form of giving fomentation to localized areas.
Kati Basti (Vasti) is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment used for lower backache and disorders of the lumbosacral region, including slipped disc, lumbar spondylosis, sciatica, spinal problems, etc. Kati Vasti is a part of Snehana therapy in Ayurveda. It is a very safe, non-invasive, and green-category procedure.
In this procedure, you will get instant relief from the backache. After completing a course of 7 to 21 days, you may not need any kind of oral medicine. It is a complete therapy for back pain and lumbosacral disorders.

Snehan
Snehana, or Oleation Therapy, is one of the most important therapies that prepares the body to receive specialized Panchakarma treatment. It involves the application of medicated oils, ghee, and herbs to the body externally. Snehana is crucial as it loosens toxins and doshas in the body.
During Snehana, Medicated oil massages are given to the disease-affected and surrounding areas of the body or to the whole body. This is aimed at channeling and collecting the toxins within the body.
Swedana, or Sudation Therapy, involves inducing sweat in the patient. It channels pent-up toxins inside the body, to places from where they can be easily ejected by the system during Pradhanakarma. It is usually conducted as the last stage of Purvakarma after Snehana (Oleation T
Vasti
Vasti (medicated oil enema) is a main treatment in panchakarma treatment. Vasti is commonly used with medicated oils or along with Ayurveda medication in all Vata Vyadhi & is also beneficial in various diseases.
